III. Operational Process

Amazon Logistics Service Process

  1. The seller ships products to Amazon fulfillment centers.

  2. Amazon stores the seller’s products.

  3. Customers place orders for the seller’s products.

  4. Amazon picks and packs the products.

  5. Amazon delivers the products quickly and provides customer service.

Operational Requirements

  1. The consignee cannot be named "Amazon". It is recommended to use the shipper’s name or the carrier’s name.

  2. Notify our relevant staff 2 days in advance.

  3. The invoice must specify whether customs duties are prepaid (fill in "DDP" in the "shipment terms" column of the invoice template to indicate prepaid duties).
